As a Senior Development Manager at Altera Digital Health, I lead cross-continental engineering teams of 140+ professionals, building Global Capability Centers and driving digital transformation at scale.
My approach combines deep technical acumen with strategic vision – whether modernizing legacy architectures, implementing SAFe methodologies, or navigating the complexities of cloud migration. I don’t just build systems; I build the teams and cultures that sustain them.
